👉 In sostanza, il magrone in edilizia e architettura serve principalmente per preparare una base solida e resistente su cui posizionare i ferri d’armatura delle fondazioni, proteggendo così il ferro dalla corrosione e garantendo la durabilità della struttura nel tempo. È un elemento fondamentale per garantire la stabilità e la sicurezza degli edifici.

Ecco il MAGRONE lo usiamo edilizia, è un calcestruzzo appunto “MAGRO” 😉, in quanto realizzato con quantitativi ridotti di cemento (concrete).

🔼 Anche in questo caso lo stiamo utilizzando come sotto fondazione, per preparare un piano orizzontale e pulito su cui posizioniamo i ferri d’armatura delle fondazioni, dopo aver scavato per circa 150 cm.

🔼 Il Magrone è molto importante anche per mantenere i ferri di fondazione distanti dalla nuda terra, per evitare il contatto con umidità e i relativi conseguenti rischi di corrosione invisibile del ferro (iron), in questo caso abbiamo posizionato uno strato di BOLLATO fra il terreno e il magrone, per renderlo ancora più impermeabile.

The Magrone is a concrete, precisely “lean” concrete, made with reduced amounts of cement.

In this case, we are using it as a sub-foundation to prepare a horizontal and clean surface on which we place the reinforcement rods of the foundations, after digging for about 150 cm.

The Magrone is also very important to keep the foundation rods away from bare ground, to avoid contact with moisture and the consequent risks of invisible corrosion of the iron. In this case, we have placed a layer of waterproofing material between the ground and the Magrone.
